With a background in sports performance, mobility, and mental training, Jade has worked with athletes from all disciplines, uncovering the secrets that elevate them to the top of their game. What she realized was this: the best golfers aren’t just physically talented—they’ve mastered their mindset and made mobility and mental resilience their daily focus.

Through years of training, learning, and applying the principles of flexibility, mental toughness, and smart recovery, Jade saw a gap in the golfing community.
